Shipping & Handling
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Artwork is shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS, including insurance. Once your piece is in transit, you’ll receive tracking details via the email provided at checkout.
A signature is required upon delivery for all original artwork and for print orders exceeding $1,000 USD.
Lost Shipments
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please reach out within 10 business days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds are issued once the claim is approved through the shipping insurance provider and the package is officially declared lost.
